I am a proud "Boomerang" at Revinate. I had a very meaningful and fulfilling experience the first time; left to try something new and different, learned a lot, but ultimately the time away made me realize how truly special our people, product, and culture are, and I'm so happy to be back!

The team cares about each other - it's a very supportive environment, which makes it better when weathering hard times, and more fun when there is something to celebrate!

We believe in our company values, we trust each other, and are truly making an impact for our customers. We celebrate and recognize amazing contributions when we see them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the flexibility of remote work, and I get to work with a fantastic group of humans who work hard and have fun. We celebrate things like Star Wars Day. I feel trusted to do my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly cares about people - you can see it in the way employees are recognized in our All Hands meetings, in thoughtful decision-making, and time/energy spent to bring people together for in-person gatherings when possible! The team works hard and respects each other.
