Very easy going, adaptable, and motivated. Extremely positive and encouraging. Helps each other grow with constructive criticism and only produces A+ work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so understanding of work-life balance. If I have a doctors appointment in the middle of the day, no one is upset, and they are very mindful of my working hours!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my role was not clearly defined before, during, and after my onboarding process, keeping me from excelling in my work and learning as quickly as I would have hoped. This may have held me back from growing within the company.
