As my first experience with the tech SaaS world, it is positive so far. I think that I could be challenged and utilized to a greater degree but also enjoy my daily work enough. It just doesn't drive me to excel with the current metrics I am judged on. I am excited about the opportunity of growth.

The unlimited flex vacation is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy when we interact as a group. I miss the social element of working physically with the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with different people and help them achieve a delightful experience while learning about new products and technologies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well to be honest I don't know much about my leadership team above my direct manager. I like my direct manager and like my brief interactions with other leadership members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the creation of the Culture Club is a good effort towards the attempt to connect everyone in a global company. Revinate seems to support a work/life balance as well which I appreciate.
