What is the best part about your compensation package?
My variable compensation is tied not only to my personal performance, but also to the business as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work we are doing as part of Marvel, and the way we all have to work together to make it happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each of the folks I interact with are solid / skilled at what they do. Not only that, but they are good human beings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a a good deal of transparency, and there is a very low (effectively non-existent) culture of politics within the organization. That, by itself, is refreshing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency on how the business is doing, the fact that I have clear goals, and beyond that I feel that I am treated as a person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly in terms of base and bonuses, and I am invested in the long term growth / success of the company by way of stock options.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to be creative in solving problems for our customers, and creating opportunity for ourselves as a company. Beyond that, it is working with people I trust and enjoy working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work we are doing here is transformative to the industry, and that is exciting to be a part of. Beyond that, the people here are committed to helping each other succeed in playing their part in getting us there.
