I am very proud to work for Revinate. I love that I am faced with challenges each day and I get to work so closely to our clients. I feel supported, but I also feel like there is work that is involved in my role that is outside of my current job description. Overall, I my job and who I do it for.

While there are many benefits that I enjoy, I find a ton of value in our healthcare contribution.

My team is ALWAYS willing to help one another. They are really a wealth of information and there is always an open door policy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the company vision is strongly communicated & it is becoming more clear about the direction we are moving and what we are all responsible for in getting there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most of the time, people are willing to get on a call to work through an issue. It allows for that face to face interaction that is needed to get the job done faster. everyone is also very understanding of work/life balance and prioritizes making time for each other.
