    MUCH more lengthy as in amount of interviews. There’s a phone interview that’s very informal. Then there’s a shadowing interview to give you an idea about what they do. Then there’s a third interview that’s quite serious. This is the make or break interview. Then if you get a callback then it’s a fourth interview that’s attached to a job offer if you don’t make a big mistake or put your foot in your mouth.
