The most transparent leadership team I have ever worked with. They're always willing to keep us in the loop and create an environment of trust.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is a team player and are constantly looking to better themselves and the people around them. I have never worked in a place with this level of positive culture before and should be one people take notes from.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the work I do for small business owners. I really feel like I am making a positive difference in people's lives and in society by helping small business owners compete with big-box retailers.
