Being able to have the freedom to do what I want while working hard and still succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's un-capped and I've been able to more than triple my starting income in less than 2 and a half years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're collaborative and we truly care about each other's success. Even in the midst of sales and being competitive, we support and help each other in any way we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're truly leaders first. They care about my development just as much as my production. What's best though, is that they talk to me more about my personal development more than production.
