They are very committed to the company and maintaining their values and company culture. They are genuine and in general, accepting of new ideas, regardless of your title.

There is lots of opportunity for a fair increase in compensation or potential for bonus, as long as the employee is able to meet and/or excel company expectations & KPIs.

I absolutely love the people I work with! There is a good mix of individuals with different skill sets and always someone you can help, as well as someone you can learn from.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company culture is open and not as rigid as other corporate offices. You can dress up or down and still be respected. They support several non-profit organizations and even give you a day of PTO to use to volunteer, if you want.
