I love having the personal freedom to work with my clients in a way that makes sense for me, my schedule, my learning style, and their learning style.

I love that our leadership team has an open-door policy. Our executive team, directors, and managers are truly dedicated to helping us succeed as a company. I am proud to represent them every day.

Our company preaches the importance of humility, hunger, and smarts (intuition and knowledge). My team embodies these traits through their willingness to grow themselves and the people around them. They are dedicated to both learning and teaching.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that they are committed to growing our compensation packages and incentives. In my first year of working here, they revitalized our PTO incentives, for example, and gave us 3 more days off than we had when I started.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ask anyone what they like best about working here, and they'll tell you "the people." We understand that everyone has a personal and professional life. Our commitment to work-life balance is far and away better than any other company I've worked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With compensation being performance-based, I absolutely love how much effort our executives put into keeping updated on each individual's performance. I have always felt that my compensation adequately reflected my work, which shows that the senior management team is attentive to my growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no culture like our culture. I have never left a day at work thinking, "I hate my job." I am consistently inspired and encouraged by the people I work with. This company has fostered a community of good people, plain and simple.

The leadership team is invested in me as a person. They prove to me, daily, that they care about my well-being and performance (both on a professional and a personal level). They have watched me grow and acknowledged my opportunities and successes. I feel humbled every day to work with them.
