Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The men are paid considerably more. The leadership team doesn't have transparency regarding salary ranges for different levels/titles. They aren't clear about the bonus payout or yearly raises.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team has 100 key initiatives. The priorities change daily and the messaging/communication is often convoluted. They launch initiatives without the proper infrastructure/team in place. They have unrealistic expectations and disregard team input. The reporting structure is non existent.
