What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with a number of different stakeholders.
Not a recent interviewee to answer
Speed, flexibility, process, due diligence, and keep in mind i interview way before BAT crapped the bed.
Was a fee stages however things are differnt now
Moved efficiently through the process.
The opportunity to speak with several representatives throughout the company to gather insight of the culture and the diversity and inclusion aspect of success.
It was like a conversation rather than a typical interview econ though it had aspects of a typical interview
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't blow smoke anout how great the company is. Anyone can read Glassdoor reviews. Be honest about how bad things are and how you are working to fix the issues.
