    Being clear ablut job descriptions and responsibilities. How can you grow if you dont have proper direction and guidance? One thing that frequently gets overlooked and swept under the rug under the guise of "it's startup culture" is that people's work doesnt get recognized or appreciated.

    Clear goals and initiatives. We tend to go back kn our word quite a bit in terms of project goals.

    Feel like my skill set and experience is undervalued but i understand we are a start up and the upside is greater to reach my maximum pay.
