The people in the department we're very willing to help but the issue is that there is no training program. One can ask questions but often one doesn't know what questions to ask. It is not an engineering driven company, documentation, process, or even a specific methodology in designing or supporting products are not what the company does well. On the bright side, there are talented people there and they do manage to get things done, just maybe not in an efficient and coordinated manner.
