How flexible is your work schedule at Rite Aid?
Not flexible at all
Very flexible.
Not at all with mandatory OT of 3+ hrs per day. No life.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Rite Aid?
I got it by the pharmacy manager and the pharmacy district manager and it took them three days
About 2 weeks, I heard from the pharmacist that hired me

How horrible management was
They do not promote from within and you need a college degree to step up to District level.
I started with thrift . Was aquired by eckerd then rite aid and soon walgreens. Each company after thrift was worse than the one before. Thrift drug was awesome

Management will tell you they're always up for feedback and then never listen

Quick and easy. But if you know someone there's no real interview they just circle all 4s and talk about transportation and how good it is to work at rite aid

It's a office. Nothing more.

It's not. I have a mgr that dosent have anything good to say about anything. The whole crew wants to walk off. The dm is aware. Still nothing being done.
