Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

From day one, you'll find you are on an island by yourself. You have no support, no training, no guidance or direction from management. Their forms are antiquated, out of date and useless. Your sales managers goal is use you for a very short time and assume the accounts you've brought onboard.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Complete management team change. Including the owner!

Damaged and returned wood flooring was delivered. No refund or solution was given. Horrible company

Corporate needs to hire more employees. Everyone (that isnt corporate) is extremely overworked.
