RLDatix Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO, Life Insurance, and insurance

Review from Operations Dept

i'm happy with the salary

Review from Customer Success Dept

Fair pay, affordable health coverage, can see the company cares and tries to offset costs with HSA, FSA, retirement matches, and costs absorbed with year over year changes to our plans.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The paid time off and retirement

Review from Operations Dept

Personal Time Off and 401 K contributions

Review from Operations Dept

Flexible schedule and Work Life Balance options

Review from IT Dept

I like the extra 401K money.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The salary is not in alignment with industry comparables for my position, however, when combined with the health benefits and flexability (work-life balance) then the package works for me.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The health benefits and bonus opportunity.

Review from Customer Success Dept

A decent amount of PTO days as well as a few wellness days. I also believe the HSA/FSA Account options are extremely helpful when you have as many appointment that I do

Review from Customer Success Dept

401K matching - PTO ...

Review from Sales Dept

Specific to the US, it used to be the health care plan but due to changes for 2025, less so. The 401K and HSA matching are great, but really no different than many other companies in this tier.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't know if there is a 'best part.' I feel the compensation package is fair and on par with other companies.

Review from Operations Dept

Remote work, in office pub and snacks, gym

Review from Customer Success Dept

I like the pay rate, but would like bonuses.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We have a very good benefits package.

Review from Operations Dept

My base salary is fair and I appreciate the opportunity to earn a bonus based on company performance on top.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I’m very satisfied with my compensation package overall. My base salary is competitive, and the commission bonuses are a great addition, offering an extra incentive

Review from Sales Dept

While many software companies offer unlimited time off, the number of holidays and work-life balance make up for the restricted amount at RLD.

Review from Customer Success Dept

That my commission is not capped.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is not that competitive with the market

Review from IT Dept

More transparency about job titles and pay ranges

Review from IT Dept

I feel undervalued at this company due to my compensation. I know that if I was a new hire I would be making 10k+ more than I am now. It has made me look into other job opportunities, something that I would not have done if I was paid fairly

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because my salary does not reflect my level of education, the quality of my work, or the value I bring to the company. I would feel better about my compensation if it aligned more closely with industry standards for my qualifications and contributions.

Review from Operations Dept

Our pay isn't terrible but not great. It isn't motivating. No bonuses or incentives.

Review from Operations Dept

This is the only job I've ever worked that does not offer a merit bonus to its US employees, but does for Canada. This would make a big difference since merit increases are really just cost of living increases.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I work a lot and see other coworkera rhatvworks leess and make more money

Review from Operations Dept

Salary range within market area

Review from Customer Success Dept

I think in general Galen's salaries are low in the industry. Especially since Galen is looking for only top tier talent. I feel that I have had to battle over the years for anything coming close to good compensation - early years I was very underpaid. The remote flexibility and great team help!

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued it's just with the cost of living is study going up it's a struggle to make ends

Review from Operations Dept

I feel the knowledge base needed to be successful in this job in not compensated fairly and the pay cut I had to take was pretty severe. I am struggling to survive, and my child is making the same as me at a new job. I know some who do less make way more due to tenor here. It's Frustrating

Review from Customer Support Dept

The dollar amount for compensation is *significantly* lower than other offers I entertained. I chose RLDatix because I respect and support the mission but to retain me I think this position will need to better reflect market rate. I wish there was more transparency around pay scale.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Paying out more on bonus

Review from HR Dept

The company is making great strides in the space of compensation to be fair and equitable and to attract top talent. (without just holding onto legacy structure) It takes time to fully right size compensation and bonus structure. Seeing a compensation market analysis review would be great

Review from Sales Dept

I have to work another job 30 hours a week in order to survive. The compensation is lower than a starbucks employee, and I do feel like this job has some talent, skill and experience behind it.

Review from Operations Dept

Annual bonus for meeting / exceeding goals as well as higher salary would make me feel way better.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Compared to others who do my role I feel my pay is on the lower end and doesn't match my experience and contributions to the team. I also wish there was some form of continuing education or certification cost reimbursement.

Review from IT Dept

Salaries for similiar remote positions pay between $165K and $200K for the same position.

Review from IT Dept

With inflation in our economy, rates are going up and wages are only increasing by a small percent.

Review from Operations Dept

Our bonus was embarassing enough that I would have preferred to receive 0. Compensation is benefits and money. More real usable benefits (not the "ability to receive massages", tangible i.e 100% dental, invisalign, 100% vision uncapped etc.) or more salary/bonus
