What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Alerting staff to the company's goals. Should be posted somewhere and not just stated in a meeting. I have no idea what RLDatix has for bigger goals.

Review from IT Dept

The lack of support makes it so that my team and I cannot perform our jobs successfully for our client. Major issues remain unaddressed: 1. the product department does not address issues, 2. leadership does not have enough knowledge about our business, 3. leadership bashes our client.

Review from IT Dept

Compensation, Work from home policy

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency for everything. We see on the townhalls how the company has more and more money, but we ask for licenses/training/conference/customer visit the excuse is there is no money. Change your mindset to invest into the people and they will bring you more money.

Review from Engineering Dept

Caring for their employees ... understand that they are being asked to make massive sacrifices and are often not receiving any reward (in terms of bonus or stock) as a result.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Salary is not that competitive with the market

Review from IT Dept

More transparency about job titles and pay ranges

Review from IT Dept

I feel undervalued at this company due to my compensation. I know that if I was a new hire I would be making 10k+ more than I am now. It has made me look into other job opportunities, something that I would not have done if I was paid fairly

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because my salary does not reflect my level of education, the quality of my work, or the value I bring to the company. I would feel better about my compensation if it aligned more closely with industry standards for my qualifications and contributions.

Review from Operations Dept

Our pay isn't terrible but not great. It isn't motivating. No bonuses or incentives.

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Too much talking behind other employee's backs. Lack professionalism.

Review from Operations Dept

I would rather work in the office a few days a week.

Review from Customer Success Dept

There is more time spent blaming others for why things aren't done than time spent doing the job.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company requires us to be in the office 3 days a week... however, it is always the same handful of people. not sure why this rule only applies to certain employees, it does not seem fair.

Review from Operations Dept

Some coworkers are absolutely fabulous: great to collaborate with and committed to results. Others are the exact opposite: don't take responsibility, don't care about quality or meeting customer needs.

Review from Product Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

A great start would be investing in the HR team so that culture can be a focus. There are no advocates for employees right now.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Would rather win the lottery but it's a good job otherwise,

Review from IT Dept

Pay is low, and work structure changes when they don't ask what the workers really need/want.

Review from Operations Dept

I fill out these surveys every year and don't see any changes. We all know Contraxx has a limited lifespan and would appreciate knowing the plan.

Review from IT Dept

inconsistent workload, juggling multiple clients, and getting pulled into other projects to assist with no notice

Review from Customer Success Dept

There are still a lot of silos within the company due to growth by merger which leads to a lot of similar work being done by multiple teams. Better communication of initiatives happening would help to reduce duplicate efforts.
