What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything except cashing checks. Learn ti care about those working underneath you. All drivers feel disposable because they are. Roadie makes errors daily akmkst every delivery there js a problem. If a driver makes an error your kicked off the platform

I havent been paid for two gigs
The whole way that they pay is structured for drivers makes it unprofitable. With the reason they give for having such low rates there should not be any income that is taxable but for some reason it needs to be reported to the irs.
