To many changes but I would start with upper management training and replacement. Easy. It's a standard 8-5. Punch in, punch out and keep your head down and no one will ever know you exist.
What's the office vibe like at Robinson Helicopter?
Somber, quiet and very strange overall. There is no office manager, no one creating or enforcing policy. To gain office authority, staff is encouraged to snitch on your coworkers to the company president while pretentding to be friendly with everyone. Super inefficient computer programs and systems and the people are the same. No MRB system. They just keep building parts and no one can even tell you why. No meetings to enform staff of upcoming changes. No rewards for reaching goals and there are no goals either. No training. No opportunity for advancement. No music allowed! Lots of favoritism. It's a hot mess. Luckily it is temporary for me.
