The interviewers had a variety of very good and engaging questions.

Managers at all levels think along the same lines.

The intial interview was a video call

Accommodate your requests and value your time once the interview process starts. HR doesn't undermine your value while discussing compensation unlike other big MNC's.

Shorter interviews would be highly recommended

Review from Marketing Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

HR should be more polite when discuss about salary

the recruiters are almost all very young and inexperienced; there is absolutely no diversity

Less dog and pony shows. Either engage 1-2 hiring managers and/or peers and let the candidate prove their value. Not a blown up series of panel interviews with a variety of people.

Less panel interviews. 2 people sessions at the most with the key decision makers.

Interview assessment doesn't include enough value part, especially for leadership roles
