Increase transparency. Involve experts into decision making. Respect the Roche core values and mission statement.

Be leaders not observers. They have to be more connected with the field

being more inclusive of others, and not just promoting within their network or culture

Less internal meetings. Some things can be sent in an email.

Communication, promote positive leadership. Toxic work environment with poor leadership. Human Resources is not resourceful and unfair ethics. Horrible harassment during Covid. Senior Management needs training in leadership roles. Horrible uneducated leaders in charge lacking qualifications.
