talent development work-life balance respect and value employees care for employees well-beings
They listen and are in touch with the market
Increase transparency. Involve experts into decision making. Respect the Roche core values and mission statement.
Be leaders not observers. They have to be more connected with the field
being more inclusive of others, and not just promoting within their network or culture
They lack integrity, honesty and fairness.
Being honest and actually caring about employees.
Fair package with good benefits
Was upgraded recently, with more options
Competitve salary with bonus potential.
Base pay and benefits. On par with major biotech, medical device
401k match and nonvoluntary contribution
Personal engagement and performance will to rarely become recognitioned. Line managers are too often the beneficiary of employees ideas and engangement.
low compared to benchmark companies in healthcare industry
After a rather long tenure with the company, I am under valued, under paid, and benefits have been stagnant for about a decade. Roche continues to drive down opportunity to relieve compensation disparities.
They are a lot of variability in your compensation. There are people with less responsibility but higher compensation package
I wish Roche had a better retirement benefits package. I'm learning that spouses are not covered for medical benefits also Roche has taken away my pension.
They are good people to be around
Cooperative and willing to find solutions
Young, energetic, polyvalent and committed
passionate, skilled, caring, focused on making a difference
My team is Helpful and knowledgeable.
Due to compensation, staffing, overwork, and a general feeling of noncommittance from leadership, I feel most of my peers are only interested in completing the bare minimum required. This is a big change from maybe 12-15 years ago.
Too many meetings take place due to lack of understanding of what needs to be achieved, why and how. Many meetings are run by agencies that only want to get their hours worth of fees with little or no output.

Coworkers need to communicate better and take initiative.
Less bureaucracy and more team alignment and common goal setting for better results.
Nothing . They are quite ok
No micromanaging; allowed to do our work
People put aside their differences to work together.
Strong comunication across the organization
Great diversity and many cultures. Many employee engagement initiatives.
I have a great senior manufacturing director who truly loves manufacturing and the team
Everything is too politically correct and not about the majority of the workers
Accountability, efficiency and effectiveness and leadership
Line Managers disrepect experience and skills of their staff. There is little effort to evolve careers of engaged employees.
work-life balance and care for women, especially those with newborns
A plethora of things. But a more ethical approach to contracting and a focus on employee relations/satisfaction would do a lot of heavy lifting for improving the company culture.
the interviewers were knowledgeable about the job they were hiring for
Met different people on the team
Transparency, clear communication, clear idea of expectations
la qualité des questions et les étapes aus
The interview process went smoothe.
HR should be more polite when discuss about salary
the recruiters are almost all very young and inexperienced; there is absolutely no diversity
Less dog and pony shows. Either engage 1-2 hiring managers and/or peers and let the candidate prove their value. Not a blown up series of panel interviews with a variety of people.
Less panel interviews. 2 people sessions at the most with the key decision makers.
Interview assessment doesn't include enough value part, especially for leadership roles
The lack of pressure and negativity is good
The benefits and the working enviroment
Working with talented and motivated people
Contributing to the future of medicine by making the now possible
les valeurs de Roche, le respect aussi
Better alignment between offices domestically and internationally.
Toxic work environment with poor unqualified leadership and constant incriminating remarks on performance. Punishment in the form of salary decreases, and unwarranted comments to fellow coworkers. Toxicity and retaliation are common practices used.
Review from Engineering Dept
Job uncertainty. You just never get to feel safe financially or professionally because you’re always afraid o your job being outsourced or a division being sold off
