In any of the several interviews I've had with the company, I never felt like my time was being wasted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Emotional intelligence; communication; realization of the impact and ripple effect their words and decisions have on the team member/individual contributor level and ultimately culture/work ethics
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is quite low compared to the local industry, and especially low compared to national industry level; no cost of living adjustments made for remote employees
