Positive with a lot of negatives. Leadership is so inexperienced and obnoxious on a daily bases just causes me to want to find another region and team to be on.

My compensation is changed a lot. Expectations are unclear.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed of hiring as a processor. Internal transfers are a nightmare.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There appears to be a want to get better. But not much evidence until a high level executive speaks in a pejorative on fixing schedule changes etc.
