Clocking out for the day, or finding a Family that is grateful for our help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
QL moves you around to different Leaders and Specialties more often that I would like. The compensation does not match the hardcore go go go environment and expectations for production. Goals change monthly.
