Salary and additional benefits such as insurances

Early career vacation time is very competitive.

Review from Engineering Dept

1.2% yearly salary increase too low. I have taken over several added responsibilities.

Review from Engineering Dept

Healthcare benefits are definitely the best part of my compensation package.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

yes, the degree of difficult f the job.

Review from Engineering Dept

If I got an extra 10K per year.

TYou are not rewarded for your hard work. If Blake gives out any lay increases they are very low. Like 2 percent.

Competitive pay and share the profits with engineering rather than hiring more executives and strategists.

no I think since this is my first job, the pay is kind of fair

I dont think that you are paid to stay longterm , its like being with Sky!

Compared to the IT-Automation market RA pays average which it could be above average.

Rockwell pays way below market and then has internal processes to cap raises even with role changes.

The Bonus is a part of CTC, however, the payout is arbitrary and we normally do not receive any payout every 3 years. So in effect the CTC is bloated.

Look for alternative options outside the company.

We are profit share not pay for performance. Unless pay for performance means make a good message for CEO, analysts and the incompetent board

Because I was promoted internally policy is to limit raises to under 2%, annual COLA raises are better than being promoted

Review from Engineering Dept

New hires without commitment to company are paid more while loyal veterans are shorted
