She served as an Executive Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Global operations at GDX Automotive Inc. since September 29, 2005. Ms. Stipp served as a Finance Director of the North America Fuel Systems unit of TI Automotive Global Fuel Systems and Vice President for Finance and Corporate Controller of Oxford Automotive. From 1984 to 1999, she was employed at General Motors in a variety of financial roles, including corporate controller. She served finance management positions with SPX Corp., Delphi and Vickers. She serves as a Director of Ply Gem Industries, Inc. She has been a Director of Ply Gem Holdings, Inc since May 2014. She has been a Director at ArcBest Corporation (alternative name Arkansas Best Corporation) since October 23, 2012. She is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Stipp graduated from Michigan State University in 1981 with a B.A. in Accounting and received her CPA certification in 1983 and an M.B.A. degree from Wayne State University in 1987.
