My compensation is significantly better than I expected when I started interviewing. They didn't low ball me and expect me to negotiate up, instead, starting with the highest comp available for my role. It made me feel really valued from the beginning.

There is no 401K matching and insurance plans are not the best.
Too few raises and comp reviews.
Not listened to by management; role does not match what they use to benchmark salaries so never received a raise in over 4 years.
There is no performance bonus. No matter how hard you work all you get is your base.
