Free lunch and ability to interact with people over lunch on the rare days I don't eat at my desk
People are 100% authentically themselves, and every level. We chat about what we're watching on TV, our families, vacations, etc. People want to get to know you as a person, while also valuing your opinion regarding the work we have on our plate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
that I got to meet folks from different functions and we discussed real world examples of my experience and what I would be working on
