What do you like best about the leadership team?
the executive team is transparent and forward thinking
Willing to listen and learn
everyone here are like family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation and care for there employees not policing them.
Empathy and compassion . The rate of turnover is horrendous this needs to improve because it shows a lack of care for the working class
What is the best part about your compensation package?
full package including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, a clinic on campus, 401k match, maternity, disability, and many others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making the minimum managers make in my region. Currently, we make the least amount for our position in our region bringing compensation up to match regional standards would be fair for The work in which they require from us
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works well together to a certain degree

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
great mixed tenure in every department and the family feel which promotes an easy going/ collaborative and friendly environment
Supportive of all people, employees and customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture is obviously about profit and they will do whatever it takes to get the profit means stressing out the people that work below them to the point of high turnover rate
What did you like most about the interview process?
very thorough process and the opportunity to speak with all key people that my role will be working with to get different perspectives about the company and my job.
there is always open communication
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not asking pre-written questions and genuinely asking questions to have the person express truly what they mean
What makes you most happy at work?
Going home from a long day of work
working with great people every day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management need to modernise . Tbey are conservative ans no diversity . This company has still culture of 18th century.
