What do you like best about the leadership team?

The department managers are great and do all they can to help an employee. They are worked to their maximum capability. They seem to be more an employee than a manager. Their suggestions seem to be ignored and forgotten.

Fair and present. Work as hard as we do.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

The teams are uninformed of rona happenings. There are no meetings among department and store managers. The store is on a reactive basis and not proactive. The department manager do their best to support their team.

Work well together. Willing to help each other out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Ask what is negative. Very few positive. Staff get told to do more with less. Safety is important but not always addressed in a fast manner. Work efficiency is none existent as saving money is most important. Items could be bought to make work safer and efficient, but spending money is not allowed.

Recognition for a job well done. And the opportunity to interact with customers.

Working with my coworkers and meeting customers snd helping them with a project and how they should complete their project.

I find work joyful, and there is an environment of fun!
