What did you like most about the interview process?

The care taken to ensure all candidates are treated fairly and the focus on culture fit

Ability to meet others from departments outside of where I was interviewing for.

Thorough, thoughtful, involving partners and direct reports.

The process is comfortable but time consuming. We will get to know candidates well before we extend an offer. It's a time investment, but the process works so we ask for the time.

Customer relationship service and how to handle difficult situations

It was so thorough! Meeting many different leaders and team associates allowed for me to see the grand picture.
