What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are approchable, deeply engaged in the business and lead with people first

Very approachable, humble and stay true to the companies core values and guiding principles.

They are grounded in guiding principles that shape how they work and lead their teams.

Impact on people always leads our work, initiatives, and investments. We are conservative focused on stability and long-term health vs. short-term financial gains.

There isn't a lot of hierarchy at R&B so people pitch in to help each other. All of the leaders I've worked with have good team spirit, are kind and fun to work with and also professional.

Egos are nonexistent in leaders

They make it fun to come to work.

They gave u everything to succed in job team work is paramount

Culture allows for interaction with Leadership at many levels, allowing for valuable learning experiences.

Our leaders listen and often make change based on suggestions from staff members. They are also quite transparent and truly want a great company for staff members, customers and the environment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Transparency. Honesty. And focusing locally.

Absolutely terrible, the worst kind of people. Perspective employees beware
