Independence - the ability to move without a lot of red tape countered by a culture that demands us to keep our partners informed while using their feedback to improve.
People are inclusive and do try to put best foot forward with one another. The guiding principles are truly aspired to by most of the people I work with and I am proud to say I can find something I like about everyone I work with even though I have had moments where things have needed clarification.
