Either get on board or get out. Leadership will circle the wagons faster than you can blink and HR is not on your side. Plenty of opportunity to improve.

Room & Board is a shining example of when you take care (by doing the right thing) of your customers and the people who work for you and give them the automony and resources to do their job well, the rest falls into place. The Room & Board story would make a great business book.
