Would l like a bigger comp package, of course, who wouldn't. What I feel about my current overall comp package is it meets my personal needs, if I work hard I know I can make a little more, and I feel paid fairly for what I'm doing. (Also you can't put a price on job satisfaction, so I feel rich!)
Overall ok -- dont like the Covid cuts because we are working harder than ever! If you are going to cut commission, pay the drivers some hazard pay with that & the CSRs another $150. a month or so!
Salary is very competitive and I have the opportunity for quarterly and annual bonuses.

Most of the employees that work for rotech healthcare at poor attitude due to low pay,and abuse.
The way that they calculate overtime when holiday pay is in play is wage theft.
Pay raises! They hire new employees at a higher rate than they pay seasoned employees. Their billing teams always find a way to make you miss your billing mark to avoid paying out bonuses. You will not EVER get a raise! I worked there 12+ yrs ALONE and quadrupeled the patient base STILL no raise

I felt that I was paid just fine. But I learned that people who have been with the company and are assets are paid far less. Never knew what the benefits were because nobody ever showed them them me.
I believe this company is 100% focused on profits above all else. During the pandemic they've made it even harder for us to earn commission, when its already challenging to do the day to day work.

My voice is not important to anyone higher up. My location is not valuable other than the numbers seen. I have voiced my concern and nothing is done. My RM doesn't follow up with my AM or myself with issues, ideals or concerns I have. We are told to raise our hand but when I do, it does no good.
