Training and hiring the right person for the job

We were acquired by Rotech and thus far, the transition is a nightmare

Patients are not the #1 priority. If Rotech audited locations, trained per QA approved procedures, the turnover/moral would improve immensely. If mgmt took errors/complaints seriously, genuinely listened to their employees, they would be respected. Business could easily double with a good reputation

Review from Customer Support Dept

Constant billing problems cause frustration. Patients return items and they are still billed. If patients want items returned they are required to go back and get a doctor's permission.

billing department should be within individual offices, not outsourced. Patients cannot get a good understanding of how it works if it's not worked within individual offices. To much behind the scenes, on the job training is not helpful.

New senior management. True talent is not drawn to Rotech. True talent see the writing on the wall and leaves.

Review from Operations Dept

Everything! They need better training for new hires, better management at location, realistic goals for bonus structure, decent and respectable employees and hold EVERYONE accountable regardless of job title

Yall need to do a whole cleanup and rehire at the Marrietta and Villa Rica location they are prejudice liars and only write out paperwork that has been needing picked up months behind only hire black men to pick up and deliver those heavy beds and get mad when you notice you are being used by them

This company needs to focus on the local levels more.

There needs to be a reconnect with management and what's actually going on in field

The quality of the trainng is awful. It should be improved drasticly. The technology/software is unrelyable, and so restrictive and impenetrable as to drive one insane.

Patients are limited on oxygen and can only have a set number of tanks, set by somone not on oxygen! Help your locations by being there! Offer real solutions. Pay managers better they deal with so much, go shadow them and see.

Not sure but constantly gobbling up other businesses isnt the way to be a better company when at the core you arent good

Terrible patient care, receive complaint calls multiple times a week, poor management, weak work ethic

Leadership or lack there of. My leader is inadequate and incompetent.

I firmly believe that happy employees perform better and stronger. If employees felt valued, then it would change the entire atmosphere and in turn the customers would also benefit.

Review from Sales Dept

Needs to have more structure, more employees at locations and better ticketing system.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Incentive bonuses are nice, however, paying new hires more than tenured employees is disgraceful.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Rotech is the most chaotic, horribly managed circus in town. No incentives/acknowledgement to work harder, but your entire team not being able to make the stringent minimum number metrics is cracked down on. "Arbeit macht frei?" At least they were told they'd get something...

Review from Admin Dept

What do you like best about your company?

Ability to bonus and the challenge of growing

Review from Operations Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Reputation - when larger companies buy smaller companies, older employees don't always show accurate depictions of the current company's vision. Often there is a misconception of the current company.
