Ever since minimum wage was raised, the company is pinching pennies everywhere. Sending workers home on their assigned days to save money. Shorting their delivery drivers on their mileage reimbursement.

Middle management needs to get benefits. Paid time off for federal holidays that we are closed. Not considered part time. Upper management going back on promises and not providing enough staff because they keep hiring people who are not qualified. Employees refusing to work with certain individual

Higher pay and raises for those that show they are able to do multiple jobs, have good work ethics and work as a team. There is no health or stock options for crew. There is no holiday pay for crew although you are required to work holidays.

I worked as an assistant manage for a time under GFG. I’ve worked for for RT for a really long time. I make the same as new hires and supervisors who have to ask me how to do their frocking job

A raise every year for employees who are good and loyal employees. Someone working the for nearly a decade should make a fair amount more than a new hire.

My position isn't given enough time to open and we are rushed constantly even with our already fast pace. There is no room for advancement, i was given to prior raises and when minimum increased I went back to making minimum wage all over again and my pay raise was not even thought about again.
