Being able to listen to music and get exercise and being able to make other people smile and laugh and to see the smiles on there face is the best feeling in the world to know I put it there
We have some great employees; and giving good services; and having the customers leave happy and want to come back. Thats the goal. Just want All of us to enjoy there day at RTP

My customers... I say 'my' because I have people I've delivered to for years and that request that I personally deliver their order because we've created a relationship of sorts and they know I'll do all I can on my end to make it a great experience. Also awesome product when properly prepared.

They need to consider the fact that the employees are the ones making their profit, and stop being unfair to them financially.
Once again. Allow managers to fire people that are the problem. Also provide competitive wages so you can keep good employees and provide incentives to those that may apply.
90 percent of staff is openly unhappy and looking for new work not enough business coming in to even pay employees appropriately and main manager lets employees not follow covid guidelines
I'd like to have more time in the morning to be allowed to do prep as it affects the operations with how busy my particular store is. Possibly that our hard work isn't overlooked and those who haven't earned rewards aren't rewarded. I'm not sure what im doing wrong if anything at all.

Assistant manager should be fired for how she treats employees and should be on time to set an example instead of late every day. She should hold everyone to same standard even if she is dating an employee or better and stop dating the employee

As crew we need to feel like we are appreciated and that we are loyal to the company. Ensure all employees are I'm proper uniform and not wrong shirts for positions no holey pants proper shoes and all employees around food either have hairnet or hat no matter job title.
