What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing really. It wasn't a bad at all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are fine. It's just management that needs some help
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's such a negative space. More positivity from management would definitely help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no benefits. The company would rather pay the fine and only work their employees part time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is unprofessional. I say start over with a brand new management team and it will be a better enviroment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is very passive agressive. It's hard to get your job done, when they are not doing their job. Instead of moving the shelves around the kitchen, maybe do the schedule, or do the inventory, or just do something managerial.
