Was a great place to work at. Now it is full of favoritism and management supervisors and asst managers dating crew working same shifts and hiring friends and they aren't required to be on time no write up ever. Have an RM who actually covers dinner peaks and proper staffing during busy times

Had an old manager at the time. He made me feel like it was a family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As crew we need to feel like we are appreciated and that we are loyal to the company. Ensure all employees are I'm proper uniform and not wrong shirts for positions no holey pants proper shoes and all employees around food either have hairnet or hat no matter job title.
