Following covid guidelines and not turning business away because the manager in charge would like to close early
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$12.50 for shift lead being that other stores like McDonald's are hiring at starting 13.50 is a joke and has the entire staff looking for new work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
90 percent of staff is openly unhappy and looking for new work not enough business coming in to even pay employees appropriately and main manager lets employees not follow covid guidelines
