What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy the customers and most of the crew workers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Regular meetings that are also paid time to go over training and communication as well as a real way to work out issues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Some crews are great to work with but others are filled with drama and threats. All depends on supervisors. Consistent bad behavior is never addressed by HR even though multiple issues have been reported by crew.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Consistent standards and accountability. They need to actively train and do their job rather than gossip about crew and sit outside smoking for hours on end. They should be held to management standards and not be the ones creating the hostile environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I would like perspective employees to understand that hours are subject to change and that being at work clean, straight, sober and ready to work is important. Having good appearance is as important as a good work ethic. Showing up for shifts is important.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay and raises for those that show they are able to do multiple jobs, have good work ethics and work as a team. There is no health or stock options for crew. There is no holiday pay for crew although you are required to work holidays.
