They needed to work better at treating their employees right. They treated me very poorly being ageist since i'm a minor while also cutting my hours because they had a personal problem with me.
Everything because the management doesn't do-nothing but complain and continue to be unfair to everyone
HR is a joke. Tried emailing them and they never got back to me. They dont care about their employees at all.
When getting yelled at or talk down to by your supervisor makes you feel undvalued quickly.

The supervisors need to share the tips and not keep them all, then tell us that they don't need to share them with us and not get to keep them all.
Well write ups for poor behavior have seemingly done nothing, so I don't know what the fix could be other than terminating their employment. However that sort of action is above my paygrade. Also it would be nice to be recognized for work put in and being consistent.

They need to consider the fact that the employees are the ones making their profit, and stop being unfair to them financially.
Once again. Allow managers to fire people that are the problem. Also provide competitive wages so you can keep good employees and provide incentives to those that may apply.
90 percent of staff is openly unhappy and looking for new work not enough business coming in to even pay employees appropriately and main manager lets employees not follow covid guidelines
