What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We make lots of food throughout the day and move around very fast to get it out on time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management, better supervisors. Hire qualified workers. Very high turn over rate
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time, management and supervisors were good. Again, if you're good you won't last.
There were positive vibes throughout the interview that made me feel comfortable.
