Go to rsireports.com
Under Client Login:
Username: (Numeric)
Password: (Alpha/Numeric)
Account:(Numeric)
Click on Order Report
Must input the following information (Any additional information will be helpful, but the following is required)
Individual to receive the completed report.
Name
Report type
Agent information
Name
Phone
Insured Information
Name
Business Type
Policy Number
Property Address
Street #, Street Name, City, State, Zip
Contact Name
Contact Number
To add an additional address, click Add Additional Property. This will create a whole new order for the different location.
If you have specific instructions or things the inspector needs to pay special attention to, add the instructions in the Special Question box. You can add more than one box by clicking on Add More Questions.
Click Save Order Now
Make sure you get a 6 digit Report Number at the top of the order. If the Report Number states Auto Number it means the order did not save properly in the system.
You may need to hit Save again or re-enter the order.
