no equity gaining mechanism. no 401k. pay 50% below market rate. commission plan that sets salespeople up to fail.

No contact between workers untill after an issue or incident
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A genuine open door policy needs to be established
the entire company is a toxic pool of negativity and personal attacks -- all of which radiate from senior leaders. there's no hope of improving.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
don't lie to candidates about job role and compensation
