What are some of the best things about your team?Some of them understand the concept of pace of learning and importance of employee well being, but i cant say that it is the majority of them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Not good enough communication and the manager is disrespectful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Give me a day off in a work week.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Staff needs to need to be held accountable. People with poor work ethic do not receive repurcutions. But people with good work quality have one misstake and its a write up. Mamagement needs to defend staff. Lots of verbal abuse and almost phyical altercations started by guest, managers dont care
