Wish covid never happened but even before it did we all started to feel like #s not people who are "valued" beyond manager or dsm. Commission should compete with industry standards. We dont want to leave, but may to find better pay. Targets are getting out of control

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a team we strive to live the OVT with eachother. Sometines we feel like a number to hq Dsm strives to help us. Stm seems to be authentic in leading
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Feel hopeless at times. Don't want to feel like a failure if I do not hit the #. I see tm that hit # their entire career missing. Everyone wonders who will loose job next or what store will be closing We fight to perform and feel like wheels are spinning
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make targets for compensation fair. Maybe a ts per tm vs %. Scoreboard is a mess with higher # sales per tm not able to beat those with low year over year goal Hourly pay is no better than flipping burgers Raises only 1x per year and you might not even get one at all Commission is confusing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our leader truly cares about us. Some leaders work to promote from reps See some upward movement We fight for eachother Sometimes it seems like we are all fighting to just keep jobs in this economy. If traffic is down we want to do all we can. We call and call and market and want to win
